Sorry for the delay in news, but a very important phase of the book is now complete. Here is a list of what is done and what remains:

Recently completed:

• Layout for the entire book (2 volumes)
• Volume 1 proofread again
• Volume 1 pictures cleaned

Currently working on:

• Proofreading and correcting Volume 2
• Cleaning pictures for Volume 2
• Indexing Volume 1

Still to do:

• Final proofread and consistency check
• Index for volume 2
• Printing and beyond
• ? [there is always something we aren’t aware of yet]
