In Saranagati, every year since Yamuna Devi’s departure, we have gathered at Banabehari Mandir to celebrate the appearance of this saintly soul, who has blessed all our lives with her example of devotion to Srila Prabhupada.
Traditionally, on this day, we sing bhajans, read from Yamuna’s book (before it was published), offer arati and/or flowers, and offer a potluck feast of preps Yamuna might be pleased with.
