Everything that happens to you is the kindness of Krishna. It’s strange that, when challenges come our way we go, “What did I do to deserve that?” Somewhere along your sojourn, to where you got to now, there’s something that happened that needs to be addressed and solved in this life. So whatever lessons and whatever things Krishna brings up in front of us, we get a chance to address them and work through them. If we don’t, they come back again, in another shape and form, for us to address. We will come back and take another birth until we’re fully Krishna conscious. You can be just a hair away from Krishna and come back, and you can come back and come back and if you are still a hair away, you come back. So that’s just a principal, bottom line. The truth is that it is the process of self-realization. It’s just for us to figure out—to use that little spark of intelligence that we have, and allow that to grow.
